What to include

• The game name and version, and your phone model.
• A description of the problem and when it occurred.
• Your public player code if the question concerns your account.
• A screenshot if it helps explain the problem.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes or complete identity documents in an ordinary support request.

Data requests

You can request data correction or deletion at the same address. See the separate account deletion instructions. A public code is not enough to delete someone’s profile: ownership must be verified.
