Account deletion
You can delete your “Online Nardy” («Онлайн Нарды») account in the app or through support, even if the app is no longer installed.
In the app
- Open “Settings → Support and data”.
- Select “Delete account”.
- Read the consequences and enter the confirmation word.
A server connection is required. If the response is lost, retry the request: repeating confirmation does not create a new account or settle the match twice.
Without the app
Email support@not-so-smart.com with the subject “Online Nardy — account deletion”. Include your player name and public player code if you remember it.
A public code does not prove account ownership. Support will verify ownership first. Do not include passwords, access tokens or recovery codes in your first email.
What is deleted
Your profile, name and photo, personal rating and statistics, friends, requests, game invitations, push device registrations and the ability to recover the account using its former code. Opponents’ results retain the shared label “Deleted player” without the former name, photo or public code.
Consequences
Deletion is permanent. A waiting room is cancelled; a match being prepared is cancelled with the applicable credit refund; an active match ends with the deleted player’s resignation. A new account may be created separately.
Timing and retained information
In the app, the live account record is deleted after successful server confirmation. Support requests are fulfilled after ownership is verified; we will email the outcome. Local backups are retained for 30 days and cleaned daily. Separately, a hash used to repeat deletion confirmation after a connection failure is kept for up to 30 days, and the minimal restoration-protection ledger remains for as long as needed to prevent a profile returning from existing copies.
