Online Nardy · Revision dated 22 October 2026

Terms of use

These terms apply to “Online Nardy” («Онлайн Нарды»), provided by Denis Klokov / Денис Клоков, Kazakhstan, under the name Not So Smart Studio. Contact: support@not-so-smart.com.

Purpose and audience

The game is intended for leisure for teenagers aged 13 and over and adults. Minors need a legal representative’s involvement where required by applicable law. The service is not intended for children under 13.

Account and access

Your profile saves game indicators and lets you interact with friends. Protect access to your device and your one-time recovery code. Sharing the code may give someone else access to the account. Do not impersonate others, and use names and photos you have the right to publish.

Matches and opponents

The game includes matches with people and computer opponents. Computer opponents act automatically. The app and server determine legal moves, timers and result calculations. A prolonged disconnection, an expired timer or resignation may end a match. A technical failure may require reconnecting.

Virtual credits

Credits are used only inside the game. They are not money and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. The current release does not offer credit purchases. Results and ratings do not entitle players to monetary payouts.

Acceptable conduct

Hacking, disruption of the service, exploiting bugs for an unfair advantage, spam, impersonation, illegal or offensive material and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. You may report a name or photo using the app’s reporting features. Support reviews reports; a confirmed violation may require removal of material and other proportionate measures within the law and the service’s capabilities.

Data and deletion

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. You may edit your name, remove your photo or request account deletion. A deleted account cannot be recovered; personal game indicators and friends do not automatically transfer to a new profile. Opponents may retain results labelled “Deleted player”.

On account deletion, a waiting room is cancelled, a match being prepared is cancelled with the applicable credit refund, and an active match ends with the deleted player’s resignation. Ways to delete an account.

Advertising and game changes

Advertising monetization is planned. Appropriate settings and data disclosures will be added before ads are shown. The developer may fix bugs, update functions and perform maintenance. Corrections to an erroneous result take account of other participants’ substantiated results.

Availability and rights

Uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed. Rights in the app and its materials belong to their respective holders. You may use the game normally in accordance with its purpose and these terms. Using the app does not transfer rights to its source code, graphics or other materials.

Requests and liability

If you encounter a problem, first email support with the game version and a description. These terms do not exclude mandatory user rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. No provision may be used to restrict those rights.

Revisions

The current version is published here with its date. Changes requiring specific notice or consent are handled according to applicable requirements.
